IMS Compliance Leader - Aerospace Audits & Continuous Improvement

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for aerospace and defence, is recruiting for a Head of IMS Compliance. Based at Staverton, Tewkesbury & Bishops Cleeve sites with regular travel, this role reports to the Quality Director.

You’ll own the Integrated Management System, drive compliance with AS9100/ISO frameworks, audit programmes, non-conformance and corrective actions, and lead a team to embed governance and continuous improvement.
