In-Branch Customer Advocate (Part-Time)

Nationwide Building Society in Newport, Gwent, is recruiting a Customer Representative for a 12-month fixed-term contract on a part-time basis (28 hours per week). The role supports customers in branch, on the phone, and online, helping with everyday transactions and guiding customers to banking services and digital tools.

You’ll join a branch team dedicated to making face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street, with a starting salary from £26,500 and pro rata for part-time hours.
