In-House Commercial Counsel: Tech, Software & Gaming

Doist is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its in-house legal team in the Isle of Man. You will own and negotiate software licences, NDAs and services agreements, advise on commercial terms, and manage live contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have up to five years PQE, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and an ability to communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders. Technology, e-commerce or gaming sectors are advantageous.
