In-House Construction Counsel — Pragmatic UK Legal Advisor

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our UK Legal team supporting the Regional Scotland business. You will provide pragmatic legal advice across construction contracts, risk management and compliance to enable commercial decision making.

Ideal candidates are non-contentious construction lawyers, newly qualified or with some in-house or private practice experience, able to work with senior stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and templates.
