In‑House Construction Counsel — UK & Ireland (Hybrid)

Egis is seeking a qualified solicitor in England & Wales to join its UK&I legal function in London. This hybrid role combines drafting, negotiating and advising on construction, engineering and commercial contracts with strategic support to senior stakeholders across the business.

You will help manage corporate restructuring, governance, contract templates, and compliance programmes, leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
