This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Lawyer to take on a broad in-house role, providing strategic, commercial and pragmatic employment law advice across the business.

Role: Employment Legal Counsel

Department: People Team / Legal

Salary: £60,000 to £65,000

Job type: temp-to-perm/permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic employment law advice across employee relations, restructures, redundancies, discrimination, grievances and senior exits.
• Advise on Employment Tribunal claims, TUPE, outsourcing, acquisitions, workforce transformation and trade union matters.
• Draft and review employment documentation and policies, monitor legal developments, and support data protection, external advisers and training.
