In-House Employment Counsel (UK) – Hybrid & Impact

Aon is seeking a Legal Counsel specializing in Employment Law to join their team in either London or Manchester. This role offers a hybrid working environment where you'll provide practical legal advice on a wide range of UK employment law matters, influencing business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include advising on employee relations issues, redundancy processes, and supporting policy development while collaborating with HR and various stakeholders. A maximum of 4 years' PQE in employment law is required alongside strong communication skills.
