In-House Employment Solicitor — 12-Month Contract (Hybrid)

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join the global in-house legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will provide commercially astute advice on a range of employment and HR matters from governance to talent, within a hybrid working structure at Gaydon.

Key responsibilities include advising on trade unions, collective employment matters, and leading on complex employment issues while collaborating with HR and business leaders across the organisation.
