Southern Housing is seeking an in-house Disrepair Solicitor to deliver high-quality legal advice on housing disrepair and conditions matters. Join a collaborative Legal Services Team and help resolve cases through ADR and litigation.

You will manage your own caseload, work with Disrepair Paralegals and operational teams, prepare documentation, advise on repairing obligations, negotiate settlements and support colleagues on housing disrepair matters.
