In-House Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor (12m FTC)

AJ Chambers is working with a property management company in South Essex and they are currently recruiting an experienced Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their in-house legal team on a 12 month FTC.

You will manage a caseload from instruction through to completion, advise on statutory and voluntary lease extensions, act on collective enfranchisement, and handle RTM applications and related notices. This firm offers a competitive package with a September start.
