In-House Legal Counsel: Broad Commercial & Governance (Hybrid)

PenCarrie Ltd is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our in-house team in the UK. You will work closely with the Head of Legal on a broad mix of commercial, governance, regulatory and operational matters, with a focus on practical, business-focused advice.

This role suits a qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE, who can negotiate contracts, support governance processes and help manage data protection and IP matters.
