Fry & Brown, a global financial services organisation, is seeking a talented lawyer to join its in-house M&A team in City of London. You will own deal portfolios, review and negotiate high-value transaction agreements, and manage client relationships from instruction to signing.

The role offers autonomy, structured training, and exposure to major publicly reported M&A transactions within a collaborative team. PQE 0–5 years, with flexibility on background, is welcomed.
