In-House Property & Planning Solicitor – Development

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an In-House Property & Planning Solicitor for a leading FTSE 100 housebuilder. The role is based from York or Exeter with hybrid working, offering broad development work from acquisition through to completion and long-term career progression.

You will advise on land, planning and residential development matters, draft agreements, and support affordable housing transactions within a supportive in-house legal team.
