In-House Property & Planning Solicitor – Housing Development

Sellick Partnership is partnering with a FTSE 100 housebuilder to recruit an in-house Property & Planning Solicitor. The role is based from either York or Exeter with hybrid working and involves advising on residential development, land matters and development agreements.

You will join a supportive in-house team handling Section 106, affordable housing transactions and related land work, with clear career progression within a market-leading organisation.
