In-House Real Estate & Planning Lawyer | 3-8 PQE | Bristol

Chadwick Nott is seeking an In House Lawyer (Real Estate & Planning) to join its Bristol team on a permanent or fixed-term basis. You will be embedded within client legal teams, providing pragmatic advice across real estate and planning matters.

The role requires 3-8 years' PQE and experience in commercial property or planning. Strong commercial awareness and autonomous working are essential; in-house secondment experience is desirable but not required.
