In‑House Regulatory Counsel – Financial Services

SSQ is seeking a Legal Counsel (5+ PQE) to join its in-house regulatory team in London. You will advise on UK and EU financial services regulation, M&A regulatory implications, and deliver practical guidance to senior stakeholders across EMEA.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will shape the regulatory framework for high-growth wealth management activities serving UHNW clients, asset managers, and family offices, balancing commercial objectives with compliance.
