Due to continued company growth, they are seeking a reliable and professional Water Hygiene Engineer to join their successful team. You will be attending sites in/around the M25, to conduct cleans and disinfection duties, in addition to routine pre-planned monitoring/sampling. Experience / Qualifications: -Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer within a well-established outfit -Ideally will have training / qualifications within the industry (i.e. Cleans & Disinfections, TMV servicing, Sampling etc) -Good understanding of HSG 274 and ACOP L8 guidelines -Strong communication skills -Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills -Experience working across a diverse portfolio of sites The Role: -Undertaking pre-planned ACOP L8 compliance duties across commercial, healthcare and local authority sites -Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks -Cooling tower cleans and disinfections -TMV servicing and failsafe checks -CLO2 testing -Tank inspections -Showerhead and outlet descales -Water sampling and temperature monitoring -Producing regular service reports -Maintaining high standards of service Alternative job titles: Water Treatment Engineer, Water Management Engineer, Legionella Operative, Legionella Technician, Water Hygiene Operative, Environmental Service Technician.
