Inbound Telesales Executive - Office based in Waltham AbbeyHours 8-5pm Monday-Thursday 8-4pm Fridays Our client is UK market leader in its industry and they are seeking, a confident and experienced Customer Service/Account Manager/Order Processor who is confident talking to customers and upselling products to existing contacts whilst juggling priorities in a very busy and fast paced environment.The role will also involve supporting the UK Field based sales Managers by taking ownership of accounts. As a relationship builder you will develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to maximise orders.This role requires candidates with 3-4 years' experience in a similar sales support role who is confident upselling and cross selling,
there is no cold calling involved. - Work with internal and external sales colleagues to drive customer growth and ensure continued development of new business pipeline
- Manage customer pricing and margins to maximise profits.
- Provide internal sales support on administration, quotes, service and quality issues.
- Ensure orders are accurately captured and entered onto the CRM system to deliver daily service promise
- Exceed KPI targets
- Take ownership of a high volume of existing Accounts
