Incident Response & Resilience Lead - 6-Month Contract

Search-Select LTD is seeking a Business Incident Manager to join the Security & Resilience Team for a 6-month contract. You will lead end-to-end incident responses, coordinating across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man, protecting customers and supporting timely recovery.

Key responsibilities include driving lessons learned, improving resilience processes, and working with stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment and effective risk management across multiple priorities.
