Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager – Hybrid Role

DVLA in Swansea is seeking an Wellbeing, Attendance & Inclusion Manager to drive inclusion and wellbeing across the organisation. You will work with HR, business areas and external partners to lead initiatives, provide expert advice on equality legislation, and use workforce data to inform decisions, ensuring compliance and embedding an inclusive culture.

The role supports development and delivery of Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives, engages a wide range of stakeholders, and manages
