Indian & Bangladeshi Curry Manager

• Business Expansion & Strategy:Identify new market opportunities, develop business plans for new outlets, and secure corporate catering or event contracts.
• Market Analysis:Monitor competitor activities, pricing models, and industry trends to optimize menu engineering and merchandising techniques.
• Operational Collaboration:Work with chefs to maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, ensuring authenticity of curry and tandoor preparations.
• Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with clients, event planners, and key stakeholders to secure recurring business.
• Performance Tracking:Set and track KPIs to monitor sales performance and report on business development activities.

RequiredQualifications & Skills

• Experience:Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Industry Expertise:In-depth knowledge of North Indian and Bangladeshi cooking techniques.
• Skills:Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with digital platforms, CRM software, and MS Office.

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in the Indian or Bangladeshi F&B industry is add advantage
• knowledge of the Indian & Bangladeshi Cuisine add advantage
• Proven record in sales and business development management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• At least an intermediate level of IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must be able to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays
• Previous experience in establishing and managing a team of business development executives
• Able to work under pressure and meet designated KPIs
