45 Hours / week salaried contract Competitive salary for the right candidate OTE (OT at single 2x rate) Company Van / Power Tools / Uniform / Phone & Laptop Location – Preferred inside Greater London Will consider Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire Essential Professional Skills; (Candidate will need to work alone as South East area Primary lead for ID) Gate safe / DHF or similar professional competency Supply, fit, replacement, fault finding & upgrade of: Roller shutters Sectional doors High Speed Doors Smoke & Fire Curtains Steel doors (security and escape), Wiring & interface of: Control panels, key switches, battery back-up units Door closers (face fix, transom and floor) Panic escape hardware, Locks & maglocks Excellent IT ability Use of a PDA / mobile solution for remote reporting Excellent customer facing manner Professional phone manner Detailed report submission (including finding part numbers etc on line or with suppliers for estimator quotations) PASMA IPAF Working at height trained Manual handling trained Additional Desirable: Supply, fit, replacement, fault finding & upgrade of: * Dock Levellers & Shelters (including hydraulic, rams, pumps etc) * UPVC Strip curtains and crash doors * Auto doors * Speed Lanes * Gates * Barriers * Access control * HASAWA 1974 * Dynamic & Risk assessment implementation * Welding * PUWER regs 1998 * LOLER regs 1998
