Industrial Refrigeration Engineer Ashford £55,000 - £60,000 per annum A specialist engineering business delivering industrial refrigeration and process cooling solutions across commercial and industrial environments throughout the UK. Working with customers in sectors including food manufacturing, cold storage, pharmaceutical, logistics, and process industries, this company provides the design, installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance of complex refrigeration systems. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing, and reactive repairs on industrial refrigeration systems Diagnose and rectify refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical faults across a variety of industrial customer sites Commission new industrial refrigeration equipment and support installation projects where required Complete service reports, maintenance documentation, and compliance paperwork accurately and efficiently Provide a professional service while maintaining strong relationships with customers and site personnel Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards Package: Basic - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Door to Door Overtime opportunities Company vehicle 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Pension scheme Continuous technical and manufacturer training Career progression opportunities What You'll Need: Strong knowledge of industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia and CO₂ Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills across refrigeration and electrical systems Experience commissioning, servicing, and maintaining industrial refrigeration equipment Excellent communication and customer-facing skills Interested in hearing more?
