Infrastructure Commercial Manager: Pre-Contract & Tendering

Airswift is seeking a Commercial Manager for a long-term infrastructure project in Glasgow. The role focuses on pre‑contract commercial activities across procurement, tendering and cost planning, working with bid, design and delivery teams in a hybrid Glasgow office environment.

Ideal candidates will have proven pre‑contract and tendering experience on major infrastructure, strong analytical and commercial skills, and familiarity with procurement strategy, tender evaluation and negotiation.
