- Manufacturing Industry ?? Shift Pattern: Rotating Monday to Friday Week 1: 6:00am
- 2:00pm Week 2: 2:00pm
- 10:00pm ? Early finish on Fridays ?? About the Role Are you an experienced Injection Mould Setter looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join a growing Injection Moulding team for an excellent manufacturing industry based company, helping to produce high-quality plastic components for customers around the globe.
Working with state-of-the-art machinery, you'll play a vital role in achieving production targets through efficient tool changes, machine setting, process optimisation, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
?? Key Responsibilities ? Setting and optimising injection moulding machines (50T
- 320T) ? Carrying out tool and mould changes efficiently ? Maintaining quality standards and production output ? Troubleshooting machine and process issues ? Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams ? Supporting 5S and continuous improvement initiatives ? Ensuring safe and efficient achievement of production schedules ?? What We're Looking For ? Previous experience as an Injection Mould Setter within a manufacturing environment ? Experience working with machines ranging from 50T to 320T ? Strong quality awareness and attention to detail ? Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills ? Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude ? Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement methodologies ? A proactive approach and willingness to learn ?? What's in It for You? ?? Full training and ongoing development ??
