Role

• Support the team in its workactingfor insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors and creditors, learning from its market-leading expert Partners
• Advise on a range of corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring matters
• Undertake a mixture of restructuring, non-contentious and contentious assignments, focusing on business survival and maximising creditor realisations

You

• 2+years PQEin insolvency and restructuring
• Ambitious and driven with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to build client relationships
