Installation Surveyor - South West

We're seeking an Installation Surveyor to join the Installation team, covering South West region. This role is key to supporting our Regional Project Leads in delivering high-quality installations across the region. As an Installation Surveyor, you'll help ensure every project is installation-ready, technically compliant and completed to our premium standards, while supporting a seamless customer journey from survey through to installation. Working closely with Neptune's Regional Project Leads, you'll take ownership of key delivery-stage activities, including: Carrying out site surveys Producing a schedule of works and booking in 3rd party installation teams Conducting installation quality audits Ensuring projects are technically compliant and ready for installation Supporting the successful delivery of installations to Neptune's premium standards We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have experience working within kitchens or residential installations, along with a strong understanding of technical surveys, installation processes and technical drawings. Just as importantly, you'll be a confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner, building positive relationships with customers, colleagues and installers alike.
