Salary - £26,000-£30,000 per annum
Hours Full time, permanent contract. Mon-Fri, 0900-1700

We are currently recruiting for an Insurance Support Advisor, to be based at one of the clients biggest offices on the outskirts of the Liverpool city centre area. This is a fantastic role working with a well-known, nationwide insurance broker. In this role, you will be required to oversee the full customer journey: firstly, providing customer service, renewal and administrative support then connecting to the customers insurance needs (phone, in person, post, e-mails, website enquiries) and then provide support to the Fleet Sales Managers to ensure the company and FCA rules & guidelines are followed whilst also providing the best customer journey possible.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Always providing an excellent level of customer service, mainly in the assisting of insurance related queries and administrative policies.
• Offering insurance support across the full range of insurance products that are provided by company in connection with customer requirements and then their needs for adjustments, renewals and claims.
• Providing a friendly and efficient service, notifying customers of all relevant information complying with FCA and company requirements.
