IntegratedCommissioningManagerToberesponsibleforthedeliveryofcomplexprojectplans,monitoringandmanagingprogressandtakingresponsibilityforproblemsolving;resolvingissuestoensureindividualprojectsandthewidercommissioningprogrammeremainontracktodeliverontimeandinbudget.Thisincludesworkingcloselywithfinance,procurementandlegalofficerstoensureprocurementprocessesaretimely,competitive,transparentandequitable.
IntegratedCommissioningManagerTosupportseniorleadersinChildren'sandAdultsServicesinachievingvalueformoneyfromthirdpartyspendwhencommissioningfortheLocalAuthorityandworkwithcolleaguesacrossboroughsandtheICBtosupportthedeliveryandoversightofjointcontracts.
IntegratedCommissioningManagerToleadonspecificcommissioningprojectsthathelpshapeandinfluencetheprovidermarkettodeliverthedepartmentalpriorities,includingthedevelopmentofmarketmanagementanddevelopmentstrategiestodelivergreaterchoiceandcontrolforpeoplewhouseservices.Thisincludeschairingthatmaybeinter-agencyormulti-disciplinarymeetings,asrequired.
Todevelopandmaintainexpertknowledgeonrelevantlegislation,guidelinesandgovernmentpolicyinordertosupportanddevelopeffectivecollaborationwithservicemanagersfromacrossthedepartment.
Toworkcloselywithstrategy,performanceandpublichealthleadstocontributetotheplanninganddeliveryoftheJointStrategicNeedsAssessmentandHealthandWellbeingStrategy.
Tofacilitatestakeholderinvolvementinservicere-designanddevelopment,ensuringproperinvolvementindecision-makingundertakenbytherelevantpartnershiporgovernancegroupsbyorganisingandchairingworkshops,consultationevents,informationevents,forumsandsteeringgroupsasappropriate.
Torepresentdepartmentalcommissioningatcrossagencystrategy,planninganddevelopmentmeetings,andcontributetothedevelopmentofnewinteragencyinitiativesacrossSouthwark.
CarryoutthedutiesandresponsibilitiesofthejobinaccordancewiththeCouncil'sHealthandSafetyPolicyandrelevantHealthandSafetylegislationandtoactivelypromoteequalitiesthroughtheapplicationoftheCouncil'semploymentpracticesandproceduresinaccordancewithrelevantlegislationandbestpracticeguidance.
