Integration Solutions Engineer London (Hybrid - 3 Days per Week) £75,000 - £80,000 Base + £20,000 - £30,000 Variable A global SaaS technology company is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join its growing team. This role is focused on helping enterprise customers design and deploy robust API-led integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategy Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions Help customers maximise the value of the platform through best-practice integration approaches Act as the technical focal point for customer implementations Demonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clients Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams Support partners and customers through onboarding and integration activities Contribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders Experience Required 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consulting Strong API and REST integration knowledge Understanding of databases and SQL Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills Proven ability to analyse and solve technical problems Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously Experience working in cloud and modern technology environments Background within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferred TPBN1_UKTJ
