Based 5 days a week in Canary Wharf, London, you’ll play a key role in shaping the motion language and interaction patterns for a new mobile product experience. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who obsesses over the detail - timing, easing, choreography and the micro-interactions that make a product feel polished.

Defining and delivering the product’s motion system, from transitions and loading states to micro-interactions and error/recovery moments
Creating a cohesive icon system and supporting illustrations
Developing high-fidelity motion prototypes and engineer-ready assets
Contributing motion principles, tokens and guidelines to the design system
Working closely with product designers, engineers and product managers to bring experiences to lifeWe’re looking for:
A strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and motion design for mobile products
Deep knowledge of motion principles, including easing, timing and sequencing
Experience creating icon systems
Strong Figma skills plus a motion tool such as After Effects/Lottie, Rive, Principle or similar
Experience working with design systems and handing work over to engineers
Understanding of accessibility and prefers-reduced-motion
Someone highly detail-oriented, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguity
Experience with Lottie, React Native, real-time/dynamic interfaces or trust-sensitive products would be a bonus. If you're a Motion/Interaction Designer who cares deeply about the craft of digital products and wants to make a tangible impact on a new experience, we'd love to hear from you.
