Oversee SEND, Educational Psychology, Virtual School, outreach and inclusion services.
Ensure sufficient, high-quality school places through effective pupil place planning and admissions management.
Lead Fair Access, alternative provision, attendance and exclusion reduction strategies.
Drive school improvement, educational performance and outcomes for vulnerable children.
Manage significant budgets, resources and commissioned services.
Lead service improvement, transformation and inspection readiness (Ofsted/CQC).
Build strong partnerships with schools, MATs, health partners, the voluntary sector and neighbouring authorities.
Provide strategic advice to senior leaders, elected members and partners.
