InterimClinical Support Manager , you will work closely with the Home Manager, combining operational oversight with hands-on support. This role is ideal for an experienced care leader or Regional Support Manager ready to strengthen leadership capability and drive consistent, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Home Manager to improve care quality andgovernance within theservices. Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop confident and capable management teams. Lead on audits, inspections, and action plans to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement. Work with regional and central teams to implement systems, manage risk, and maintain consistent standards.
About You
Registered Nurse Proven experience supporting care homes through inspections, governance, and quality improvement. Experience working with regulatory frameworks and driving operational performance across services.
