An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused lawyer to join a growing international organisation during a significant period of strategic growth.

Working as part of a collaborative legal team, you will support a range of high-value projects across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on tender activity, commercial agreements, strategic initiatives and corporate transactions. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on tender and procurement opportunities.
• Reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Supporting strategic projects and corporate transactions.
• Providing practical, risk-based legal advice to business stakeholders.
• Managing external legal advisers.
• Supporting governance and compliance activities.
• Conducting legal risk assessments and recommending mitigation strategies.

About You

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with approximately 3-5+ years' PQE.
• Experience in commercial, corporate, projects or procurement law.
• Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience supporting complex transactions and managing legal risk.
