Interim Commercial Counsel - 12 month FTC

Immediate need for an Legal Counsel to join a leading listed business in the healthcare sector on a 12 month FTC basis to cover for maternity leave.

Central London, hybrid working. Australian and NZ qualified lawyers with relevant experience and right to work in the UK are also encouraged to apply.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have a broad remit of responsibilities across commercial and corporate matters working closely with senior stakeholders as part of a busy team and engaging with external counsel when required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be 3+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained either in a comm/corp team at a reputable firm and/or in-house in a similar capacity.
