Interim Commercial Counsel for Enterprise Contracts

Accuflex is seeking an interim Legal Counsel (Commercial Contracts) based in the UK to own complex commercial agreements from review to execution. You will negotiate with large enterprise clients, manage transitions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to maintain momentum during peak periods.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years PQE, strong negotiation and client-facing skills, and a practical, solutions-focused approach. In-house or secondment experience is a plus but not required.
