Interim COO for Transformation & Growth

Venesky Brown is partnering with Crown Estate Scotland to appoint an Interim Chief Operating Officer for a high-profile leadership assignment in Edinburgh. Hybrid work 50% in office, immediate start, duration 6–12 months with possibility of a contractor day rate inside IR35.

The role requires COO experience, strong track record in transformational change, and ability to engage with Boards and senior leaders across People, IT & GIS, admin and planning functions.
