Interim Financial Accountant - 3 Month ContractLocation: Near Oxford - Office BasedHours: Full-time or Part-timeContract: 3 months initially We are looking for an experienced Interim Financial Accountant to support a business near Oxford for an initial three-month assignment. This is an office-based role and can be structured on either a full-time or part-time basis. The role will focus primarily on statutory reporting, corporation tax support, R&D tax credits and strengthening the year-end balance sheet position. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory accounts in accordance with FRS 102.
• Review and support the FY25 balance sheet, including investigating and resolving any areas requiring further work.
• Assess and work with the existing balance sheet schedules, improving or rebuilding supporting schedules where necessary.
• Provide supporting financial data for corporation tax returns.
• Work with external advisors on the preparation and submission of the FY25 R&D Tax Credit claim.
