Interim Head of Highways & Transport Strategy

The London borough is recruiting an Interim Head of Transport and Highways to lead a major service restructure and guide a large team through transition.

You will address contractor performance, strengthen governance, manage budgets and programmes, and work closely with TfL and government partners to deliver the strategic transport agenda. This demanding role requires a proven track record in delivering large-scale highway and transport transformations within local government.
