Interim Legal Counsel – 12-Month FTC, Hybrid London

Marsden is seeking a Legal Counsel to join a leading listed healthcare business in Central London on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave. The role is hybrid and reports to the General Counsel, handling a broad remit across commercial and corporate matters.

Eligible candidates will have 3+ years PQE, gained in a comm/corp team at a reputable firm and/or in-house, and right to work in the UK. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and external counsel as required.
