Interim Payroll Manager - 6 month FTC - London - up to £95,000 per annum Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnered with a travel company, who are looking for an interim Payroll Manager, on a 6 month FTC basis. The Payroll Manage requires a payroll professional with strong end-to-end payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage payroll processes accurately within a fast-paced environment. This role is 5 days in their West London office. The Payroll Manager will be assisting/overseeing duties such as: Manage end to end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary amendments, overtime, and deductions. Handle payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders. Manage of a team of 2 Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity. Support payroll reporting and reconciliation activities. Liaise with HR, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve payroll issues. Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and company procedures. Key Skills: Minimum of 5+ years hands on experience of full payroll processing from beginning to en Management experience is not essential; however, this opportunity could be the ideal next step for someone looking to progress their payroll career.
