Description
Develop and manage procurement strategies to meet organisational goals.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
Engage with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide expert advice.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare and manage tender documents and evaluation processes.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure best value.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues promptly.
Provide regular reports on procurement activities and outcomes.Profile
A successful Interim Procurement Business Partner should have:
Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations and best practices.
Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Relevant qualifications in procurement or supply chain management.Job Offer
A 3 month interim role based in the North West with a large public sector organisation, working on some excellent projects and within an established team. Paying up to £400 p/day (Inside IR35)
