Interim Property Services Director — Lead Strategy & Repairs

RG Setsquare is recruiting an Interim Director of Property Services for a 6-month contract in Alloa. You will provide strategic leadership across Property Services, guiding delivery of repairs, compliance and asset management while supporting the business through a period of transition.

Reporting to the Executive Team and Board, you will lead the team, drive performance, manage change, and ensure regulatory standards are met during the interim period.
