Interim Senior Childcare Solicitor — Safeguarding & Court

The Council is seeking an experienced Solicitor - Childcare to join their busy Safeguarding and Education Legal Team on an interim basis. You will handle a varied caseload across childcare law, provide expert advice to Social Care teams, officers, and elected Members, and represent the Council in childcare proceedings.

Key duties include managing childcare proceedings, advising on safeguarding matters, attending court hearings up to three days per week, and delivering training to Social Workers
