This hands-on role role will play a key part in strengthening our direct sourcing capability, improving recruitment processes, maximising their ATS technology, and supporting hiring across multiple business functions and regions.

This role will be an initial 6-month contact paying £300 p/d inside IR35

Key responsibilities:

• Lead direct sourcing activity across multiple functions across EMEA, Oceania and South Pacific
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and other talent platforms
• Review current recruitment processes and identify opportunities to improve
• Build strong relationships across HR, Marketing, Operations, Commercial and Legal teams.
• Support the optimisation of SuccessFactors Recruiting Modules

Key Experience

• Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience with proven direct sourcing experience.
• Experience working within complex global environments
• Experience using Successfactors Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter and Hirevue. xwzovoh
• Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese would be advantageous
