Interim Tech & Commercial Counsel - Hybrid UK

Iceberg Consulting proposes an interim Commercial & Technology Legal Counsel to join its European Legal & Compliance team. The role is hybrid (2 days per week on-site) for a 3–6 month engagement with a competitive £600–£800+ day rate, dependent on experience and IR35 status.

The lawyer will lead a broad commercial tech caseload, drafting and negotiating a high volume of agreements, advising stakeholders, and supporting tenders and strategic bids, including AI and data use considerations.
