Internal Account Manager
to join a leading UK provider of commercial window cleaning services. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on
customer retention, renewals, account growth and outstanding customer service . What you'll be doing:
Managing and growing existing customer accounts. Building long-term relationships to improve customer retention. Handling contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities. Speaking with customers regularly to ensure they're happy with the service. Using HubSpot CRM to manage customer information and activity. Working closely with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience. What we're looking for:
Experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, Customer Success or Business Development. Someone who enjoys talking to customers and building lasting relationships. A proactive, organised approach and good IT skills. What's in it for you?
