Hours: Monday to Friday 9- 5pm

Our client is a well-established and growing business seeking a proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team in Tamworth. This is a varied role combining new business, account management and sales administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships.

The Role

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the sales process while identifying opportunities to maximise sales and strengthen client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.
• Respond to inbound sales enquiries, preparing quotations and following up opportunities.
• Handle inbound calls within set KPIs
• Make outbound calls to generate new leads/business
• Manage customer expectations by phone, e-mail and other appropriate means of communication.
• Use a pro-active approach for the upselling of current promotions.
