Job Title: Internal Sales Executive (B2B)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Ashford (own transport is essential due to location of the client)

Overview

We are looking an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a busy B2B sales team selling products into industrial and OEM markets. The successful candidate will manage customer accounts, develop new business opportunities, and support the wider sales function through expert telephone based selling and excellent account management.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through outbound telephone sales and prospecting.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across a range of industries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximise repeat business.
• Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into profitable orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Process sales and purchase orders as required.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM system (full training provided).
• Work closely with colleagues across sales, purchasing and customer service to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
