Internal Sales Executive Cardiff | £30,000 – £33,000 + Annual Profit Share Bonus Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm | Office-Based A great opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a successful specialist distributor of industrial automation and electrical control products in Cardiff. You’ll manage and develop your own portfolio of customers, building strong long-term relationships, preparing quotations, providing product support and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. The Role As an Internal Sales Executive, you will: * Manage and develop an existing portfolio of customer accounts. * Build strong, long-term relationships through regular customer contact. * Handle incoming enquiries and prepare quotations. * Follow up quotations and commercial opportunities. * Provide product advice and help customers identify suitable solutions. * Work closely with suppliers, external sales and other internal teams. * Identify opportunities to increase sales within existing accounts. * Maintain accurate customer and CRM records.
